Testing United Conference Code of Conduct

Purpose

Expected Behavior

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. Avoid any behavior that could be perceived as harassment or discrimination.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to unwelcome comments, threats, or intimidation, will not be tolerated.
  • Discrimination: Any behavior that discriminates against individuals based on personal characteristics is prohibited.
  • Disruption: Disruptive behavior during sessions or networking events will not be tolerated.
  • Inappropriate Content: Sharing or displaying content that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate is not allowed.

Reporting

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this code, please report it to a conference staff member or use the designated reporting mechanism. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in consequences ranging from a warning to expulsion from the conference, depending on the severity of the behavior.
