The Combo Ticket offers you a comprehensive conference experience. It allows you to choose your desired workshop from our selection of four options. You’ll have full access to all keynote and track speeches. Post-conference, we’ll send you all the presentations from our speakers.

Additionally, you’ll receive an invitation to our exclusive networking event on the evening of the first day of the conference. This is a great opportunity to network, make new acquaintances, and have a good time.

Throughout the conference, we’ll provide food and beverages to keep you energized. You’ll also have the chance to participate in our competitions and stand a chance to win fantastic prizes. The winners will be announced during the conference closing.

The Conference Only Ticket provides you with a comprehensive conference experience, minus the workshop selection. You’ll have full access to all keynote and track speeches, and we’ll send you all the presentations from our speakers after the conference.

Yes, food and beverages will be available throughout the whole conference and at the evening networking event. We’ve also taken into account those with dietary restrictions and food intolerances. Our menu is designed to cater to everyone’s needs.

You will receive information on your chosen workshop no later than two weeks before the conference.

Upon purchasing your ticket, you will automatically receive a proforma invoice. A billing invoice will follow once your payment is processed. If you do not receive an invoice, please reach out to us at tickets@testingunited.com. 

You can either email a copy of your ISTQB certification to tickets@testingunited.com or present your certificate at the conference during registration.

You will receive your conference ticket no later than 2 weeks before the start of the conference.

If you’ve accidentally booked the wrong workshop, please contact us at tickets@testingunited.com to request a change. Keep in mind that workshops are selling out fast, so a change might not always be possible.

Cancellations made prior to August 31st 2024  are free of charge. Cancellations made after August 31st 2024 are non-refundable, thereafter no refunds will be made including in instances of non-attendance.

Yes, you can.  Attendees can be changed free of charge at any time before conference start (latest day for name changes is October 31st 2024) – so if for any reason you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague. The change can only be done in advance by email contacting tickets@testingunited.com.

We accept payment for the tickets via bank transfer.

Upon receiving confirmation of your ticket purchase, you’ll have a 7-day window to settle your invoice.
